The customer has a massive input into all decisions, including base vehicle as some are not suitable for certain adaptations, and the conversion has to be discussed at length to make sure that everything is actually usable and accessible.

Some of the bigger motorhomes adapted for the disabled have been using a chassis cab and having a fibre glass body fitted thus giving more room inside. Many have chosen panel vans for ease of driving.
